Pro HR is an HR consulting company that supports small to mid-sized businesses with people related solutions. Whether you are in need of an interim or part-time HR leader, on-site or virtual HR presence, general consulting/advising, or program development, we are here to help. Our Team

Deborah is a driven and multi-faceted HR leader with over 15 years of generalist experience working with business leaders on effective HR solutions. She is also the Founder of Pro HR.

After holding a number of senior positions and leading Human Resources business partnering in the Canadian market with large, national, top tier organizations, such as Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Tire, and Holt Renfrew, Deborah’s passion is to leverage HR best practices to help smaller businesses with their HR needs.

Throughout her career, Deborah has become an expert in many facets of HR and has the ability to work with all levels of professionals, from individual contributors to c-suite executives. She takes a very practical and cost-effective approach to understanding your HR needs and how Pro HR can assist with these.

Deborah holds a Master of Industrial Relations & Human Resources, and is a Certified Talent Management Practitioner. Deborah is also certified in Inside Out coaching and Workplace Investigation Techniques & Report Writing.
